CURRENT RESPONSIBILITIES

As founder of Fischer, Cliff currently serves as chairman of the board and CEO, and he is responsible for the overall direction and mission of the company. Possessing unique foresight and broad knowledge in the business of corporate real estate, Cliff consistently strives to refine the firm’s quality of services and heads the development of Fischer’s sophisticated solutions for corporate real estate decision making across the country.

Cliff founded Fischer in 1985 as the first company to couple brokerage services for tenants with software development services for corporate real estate executives. Fischer’s world-class transaction services in addition to its transformative, leading-edge technology and consulting services led to the company’s quick on-boarding of several Fortune 500 clients who recognized Fischer’s unique value propositions. AT&T, Citicorp and FedEx were among the first major clients to tap Fischer’s expertise in managing important real estate assets. Cliff’s vision and understanding of many real estate markets have since benefitted countless corporate real estate departments nationwide, and his expertise has led to Fischer’s impressive long-term relationships with many corporate real estate executives, including several Fortune 500 companies.

Fischer has since grown to be one of the largest corporate real estate service firms that exclusively represents tenants, and the company now includes the subsidiaries of Fischer Financial, Inc. and Fischer Solutions, Inc. Fischer Solutions’ proprietary ManagePath® and Visual Manager™ technology remain as leading software platforms for managing corporate real estate portfolios and projects.

 

EXPERIENCE

Cliff has more than 40 years of experience in real estate management, transactions and strategies, helping clients achieve maximum value for their portfolios. Before starting Fischer, Cliff worked for other real estate services firms as a tenant representative and director of marketing.

 

PROFESSIONAL LEADERSHIP & AFFILIATIONS

  • Featured Speaker on Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX) Compliance and has presented at institutions such as CoreNet Global, the National Association of Corporate Real Estate Executives (NACORE), Southern Methodist University, Southwestern State University and others

  • Cliff previously served as a professional associate with the International Development Research Council.

  • Additionally, Cliff is Chairman of the Board of Directors for Tackle Tomorrow, a non-profit organization. Through his leadership, he has helped the Foundation triple their revenue. They also received the 2022 Innovation of the Year Award from Delivering Good, a New York based charitable foundation.
